1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your purchase and use of products sold through futureprofkids.com, operated by The Digital Baron (Idan Baron). By completing a purchase or creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use our products.

2. Products and Pricing

We currently offer the following products:

• Physical Book — $21.99. A printed copy of Future-Proof Kids, shipped directly to you. Includes free access to the Digital Toolkit.
• Kindle Ebook — Available exclusively on Amazon Kindle. Pricing set by Amazon.
• Digital Toolkit — Free for all registered users. No purchase required.

All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time; changes do not affect completed purchases.

3. Digital Toolkit

The Digital Toolkit is a free companion resource for registered users. If you experience a technical issue with Toolkit access, contact us and we will resolve it promptly.

Kindle Ebook purchases are handled by Amazon and subject to Amazon's refund policies.

4. Physical Book — Shipping and Refunds

The physical book is produced and shipped by our printing partner.

• Shipping regions: United States and the European Union only.
• Estimated delivery:3–5 business days within the US; 5–10 business days within the EU. These are estimates and not guarantees.
• Damaged or defective copies: If your book arrives damaged or with a print defect, contact us at idan@thedigitalbaron.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
• Change of mind: We do not accept returns for unwanted physical copies, as each book is printed to order.
• Order cancellation: If your book has not yet entered production, you may request a cancellation by contacting us at idan@thedigitalbaron.com. Once a book enters production (typically within 24 hours of ordering), cancellations are no longer possible as each copy is printed to order.

5. Digital Toolkit Access

Access to the Digital Toolkit is tied to the account used at purchase. Toolkit access is personal and non-transferable — you may not share, sell, or transfer your login credentials or access link to another person. We reserve the right to revoke access for accounts found sharing access in violation of these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site and within the book and Digital Toolkit — including text, graphics, frameworks, and tool templates — is owned by The Digital Baron / Idan Baron and is protected by copyright law. You may use the materials for personal, family, and educational purposes. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or publicly display the content without prior written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Future-Proof Kids is provided for informational and educational purposes. It does not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice. We make no guarantees about outcomes resulting from applying the concepts in the book. The site and products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Digital Baron shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or site. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of our products after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
